Truth: Most trading Software Sold Online Is Worthless Inferior Copies Of A Few Name Brand trading Software Products.
I probably should have named today's post "How to contact forex software customer support". How to contact forex software customer support."
Most forex or trading software on sale online at any given time are nothing more than rip-offs and re branded out-dated copies of software that is 2 or 3 versions behind the real "best" forextrading software(s)- meaning surely not new or improved and very seldom is the customer service representative a trader or in the know about the forex or trading you just purchased, they are just usually minimum wages telephone answerers. Here's what happens when you buy one of these fancy paged forex or trading software products and inevitably have to call in to customer service.
Calling....1-800-NON-HELP...
Ringing, ringing, ringing...
Or..
"hello, you have reached the Trader support center. Unfortunately due to call volume we cannot accept your call right now, if you will leave a detailed message and name of the product you wish assistance with.....Blah - blah - blah". They very seldom return your call, or money for that matter.
What it should really say....
"Hello. You've reached gimme your hard earned money for nothing usable enterprises and your call is very important to us. Please leave a detailed description of YOUR PROBLEM along with your telephone number (got you now) and we will get back to you as soon as a representative has had a chance to review your message and called the real software maker and asks them what I should tell you. We will also add your name and number to our cold calling database and call you around dinner time to try and sell you an upgraded version of the useless trading software we have not helped you with yet. Most of the time it takes a really long time and we go no further than leaving a message for them repeating what you leave in this message. Thank you and thanks for the $97.00.?
I am sure many of you reading this have been through this because when you start trading online with trading software for some reason you find out how good the software would benefit you if you had just purchased a better brand. The trick is which brands are "real." The only real way to be satisfied with your purchase is to do your homework and pray you are no about to be ripped off. To answer the question of how to contact customer service for most trading software is this, there is no way most times.
The only recommendation I can give is to find a good reliable trading software maker and stick to their line of products. The Software product I most recommend and use is Fap Turbo - but Fap is a bit dated and behind on the latest trading online innovations (but still one of the best robots out there)I recently bought the latest trading software in their line that has all the new bells and whistles for meta-traders that were no available back when the original fap was marketed and am satisfied with the product and the customer service. I mean online is essentially like offline - if your product is garbage and your customer service is non-exsistant you can not be the best selling trading software for 3 years running as Fap Turbo has. That Is why the only trading software I promote is forex Bulletproof from the makers of Fap Turbo - I actually still use the original fap turbo for most of my online trading needs as I am still learning the ins and outs of Bulletproof .
